As per Ayurveda
Due to poor dietary habits like late night eating, sedentary life style or lack of exercise, disturbed sleep pattern and due to various other causes the Doshas (Humours) become imbalanced and get vitiated. Vitiated Vata (Air) leads to improper digestion that in turn leads to formation of Ama (undigested food) in every channel of the body particularly in the digestive system. Ingredients
Haritaki (Terminalia Chebula) Fruit, Fennel (Foeniculum Vulgaris) Fruit, Senna (Cassia Angustifolia) Leaves, Yashtimadhu (Glycyrrhiza Glabra) Root, Ginger (Zingiber Officinale) Rhizome, Amla (Emblica Officinalis) Fruit, Vibhitaki (Terminalia Bellerica) Fruit, Rose (Rosa Centifolia) Flower, Nishoth (Operculina Turpethum) Root.
Directions for Use
Adults – Take 1 or 2 Vege Capsules/Tablets 2 hours after meals at bedtime with lukewarm water or warm milk. Children aged 6 to 12 should take half the dose.
Precautions
- Intake of incompatible food items and Liquids, Heavy Substances, New Cereals, Sour Food, Use of excessive cold and hot food.
- Pregnant/Lactating women, children or anyone with known pre-existing condition should strictly take under the advice of a healthcare provider. Keep away from the reach of children.
Best Use With
- Ghee is very beneficial to balance the Vatta (air) and always takes a lot of fibrous diet.

Foods to Favor
Light diet consisting of rice and green gram soup should be taken .Drink a lot of water. Curd and buttermilk; Vegetables and fruits containing fibers, i.e. leafy vegetables, beans, etc should be taken.
Persons using this product should systematize their food habits. Breakfast, lunch and dinner should be taken at proper times.
It is beneficial to drink plenty of liquids, milk and spongy food (salad etc).
Foods to Avoid
Avoid fried and heavy meals, non-vegetarian diet, seafood, potato, bakery products, cheese, etc. Alcohol, chocolates, noodles, pastries, meat products and acidic – sour foods should be restricted.
Heavy foods, which are hard to digest like fried food, eggs, too much meat/seafood (in Ayurveda sea meat products are also considered meat products because they are heavy in proteins and create extra burden on the digestive system to digest).
Alcoholic products, coffee pitta (fire) should be restricted.
Do’s
- Drink lukewarm water.
- Eat a fibrous diet or fruits.
- Do some exercise regularly.
- Take one tablespoon of castor oil in milk.
- Take Amla powder or Triphala powder at night with lukewarm water.
Don’ts
- Avoid suppression of natural urges.
- Avoid a sedentary lifestyle.
- Avoid junk food in your diet.
- Avoid caffeine or alcohol consumption.
