- Vegetarian Capsules are preferred over tablets because vegetarian capsules tend to act faster quickly dissolve and are easily absorbed making them more effective and efficient.

In contrast, vegetarian capsules offer a safer alternative to masking the bitter taste of herbs without harmful coatings, making them ideal for vegans and vegetarians.
Potency And Efficacy
- Powder usually requires a higher dosage to achieve desired effects and is less potent as compared to extract.
- Extract requires 5 to 15 times less quantity dosage as compared to powder to achieve the same effects as in powder with more quantity. Extract enhances the potency and efficacy of the herb.
- We are using the Concentrated extract with approx. 800 mg each vege capsule with no fillers & Binders that help you to achieve desired effects with less dosage required.
- Most of the extracts we use in capsules are Aqua-based full spectrum extracts called “Ghana” in Ayurveda.
- Fresh & seasonal herbs are sourced from wild forests, organic farmers, and cooperative societies.

Dosage
- Adults take 1 Vege Capsule 2 or 3 times a day with water or lukewarm water at least 30-45 minutes before or after meals. Take first dose after breakfast.
- Adjust the dosage as per your body's requirement or as per the advice of your practitioner.
- It is always advisable to take the advice of a healthcare provider/practitioner before taking any supplement.
